Subject	Can't update my profile - Help please

Message	So i read the FAQ, i've searched, and tried chrome, firefox, ie (multiple versions on different computers). No matter what i can't seem to edit my profile. When i click the link in the FAQ i just get this message (obviously, i'm logged in, and it happens with every browser): "System Error: Non-compliant Parameter in URL You are not currently logged in An error has occurred that prevents the website from fulfilling your request. This error has been logged for admin to review and correct. We apologize for the inconvenience" Is there something i'm missing? Please hit the Back button on your browser or click here to continue
